The CNAs who were sent to help me around the clock were always punctual and were very helpful to me. Twice in the two months while I was being helped 24/7 by this agency, the designated aide was ill and could not work. The supervisor immediately sent a replacement. This supervisor readily available by phone and always responsive. I have already recommended them to two friends.”
