Linda Addelman works as Administrative Assistant for Senior Solutions of WNY. She has been with the company since its onset. Her background was in childcare management for over 35+ years and now is delighted to assist with our aging population. Unlike children who have families to care for them, sometimes our aging population has very little and we want to ensure they have the best quality of care!

Billing/Payroll

Jill Weber is the Payroll & Billing Specialist bringing with her over 40 years of experience in bookkeeping and human resources consulting. Jill started her own bookkeeping business back in 1998 and strives to streamline finance and human resource processes for her clients. Jill is passionate about helping others, including her four-legged friends, and especially those who cannot advocate for themselves.

Director of Nursing

Rochelle Pfohl is a Registered Nurse with over 16 year's experience. From Hospice and Oncology to Gastroenterology and Allergy , Asthma , and Immunology . Which has led to her main passion in working with the geriatric population . Her main goal in all she has done is to ensure our elders have passionate trusted care and that is her priority at Senior Solutions of WNY.

Case Manager

Heather Carson is a Case Manager for Senior Solutions of WNY. She began in the home health care industry over ten years ago, working as a Personal Care Aide while studying for her degree in Public Health. After graduating, she decided to follow her passion for caregiving, segwaying into a management position with Senior Solutions. Heather is devoted to helping the geriatric population of WNY, aiding and assisting however she can to help meet their home health needs.

Scheduling Manager

Michelle Dillsworth is the scheduling manager for senior solutions of WNY. She has been in the home care industry for 10 years. She started her career working with individuals with developmental disabilities and had many different roles from personal care to management. She started with Senior Solutions as a home health aide and quickly made the transition to the scheduling manager.

Downsizing Coordinator

Denise prides herself on her organizational skills, as well as a talent for putting people at ease during the difficult time of transitioning into a new home.

Project Manager

Dan comes to Senior Solutions with over 30 years experience in the home maintenance field. He is happy to be able to keep elderly clients safe and happy in their homes by assisting them with any home safety devices and small home projects.
